CONCACAF Nations League

The CONCACAF Nations League is a competition for the men's national teams of North and Central America and the Caribbean, announced in 2017 and first played across the 2019-20 season. All 41 member nations are divided into tiered leagues — A, B and C — with promotion and relegation between them after each cycle, guaranteeing smaller Caribbean and Central American federations regular competitive fixtures. League A culminates in a four-team Finals that crowns the champion, while results across the competition also feed qualification for the Gold Cup. The United States won the first three completed Finals, establishing early dominance in a competition modelled on UEFA's version but tailored to the region's vast spread of footballing strength.
