The Youth Championship is a competition for the academy sides of Russian Premier League clubs, similar in concept to under-21 leagues elsewhere in Europe. Squads are made up of young players from each club's youth system, typically around 21 and under, giving them regular competitive matches against equivalent opposition from other top-flight academies. The competition runs alongside the senior Premier League season and largely mirrors its structure, with clubs' development sides facing one another home and away. For coaching staff and scouts, the Youth Championship serves as an important measure of emerging talent before players progress towards senior first-team football. Follow live scores, fixtures, results, standings and statistics for the competition, updated in real time.
