Afrika millatlar kubogi saralashi

Africa Cup of Nations Qualification is the competition through which the Confederation of African Football's more than fifty member federations compete for a place at the continent's premier international tournament. Given the sheer number of entrants, the competition usually opens with a preliminary round to trim the field before the leading nations join a group stage played home and away. Group winners and runners-up then advance to the finals, with the exact number of automatic places depending on the edition and the host nation's guaranteed slot. Because so many federations take part, from the football powerhouses of North and West Africa to smaller associations with only a handful of professional players, the qualifiers produce some of the most unpredictable results anywhere in world football, and upsets against higher-ranked opponents are far from rare. Follow live scores, fixtures, results, standings and statistics for the competition, updated in real time.
