Qozogʻiston kubogi

The Kazakhstan Cup is the country's national knockout competition, launched in 1992 after independence, distinct from an earlier, irregular republican cup of the Soviet era. Around 30 clubs from all three professional tiers enter a single-elimination knockout decided by one-off matches, including a final. FC Kairat are the record champions with ten titles, making them comfortably the competition's most successful club. The 1992 inaugural final was won emphatically by Kairat, who beat Zhambyl's Fosfornik by a wide margin, and the winner of the modern competition earns qualification for the UEFA Conference League.
